Trained in many techniques, and with a solution focussed approach to therapy, Leah is able to work with people across many different areas including panic and anxiety, trauma, pain management, habits, weight management, smoking cessation, hypnotherapy, coping with stress and other mental health issues
She has undertaken additional training and is also experienced in working with children for issues such as anxiety, behaviour and selective eating disorders (ARFID)
As a marathon runner and budding triathlete, she has always had a special interest in improving sports performance and the ability to work alongside athletes was a natural progression for her, so she has recently undertaken specific training in this area.
