Lucy Kuipers MA, PGDip, PGCert (UKCP, SNCPS Acc., ADMP UK)
Lucy is a UKCP and ADMP registered, NCPS senior accredited psychotherapist and supervisor who has worked in academia as a Visiting Lecturer, Dissertation Supervisor and Associate Tutor in universities in London and North West England. She has also worked as a freelance psychotherapist trainer for an independent Therapeutic Fostering Organisation.
Her scope of practice includes working with children, young people and adults in mainstream, academy, SEMH and SEND school provisions including SLD and PMLD; Community Hospice; Residential Care; Supported Accommodations and Lodgings including those who are homeless or in housing need, CECYP, mothers and babies, LGBTQ+ specialist provision; ABI Charity Community Services; Fostering; Early Intervention; Transition, Preparation and Moving-On Services; Youth Justice; and pre-trial therapy work (early intervention, short-term and long-term intervention services). She also has experience in parent-carer direct work, alongside multi-agency professionals offering training, advice and consultancy, and with supervisees who work in schools, third sector and private practice.
